TORI WAGNER
As Vice President, Tori Wagner brings a wealth of finance knowledge and banking experience to the team, having managed credit and lending accounts for several notable franchise lending companies. Wagner helps to steer C Squared’s strategy to further the firm’s business development efforts with multi-unit operators, investors such as private equity firms and franchisors looking for financial guidance.
She has worked in a number of franchise lending leadership roles for distinguished national banking institutions including TD Bank and Santander Bank. Wagner has strategically supported and guided high-performing, large-scale franchisees and franchisor leadership with brands such as Dunkin’, McDonald’s, Taco Bell and Wendy’s, helping them navigate complex financial transactions. Previously, Wagner has managed successful client portfolios valued at more than $250 million, earning a reputation within the lending industry for her extraordinary analytical and client relationship-building skills.
Tori’s understanding of today’s financial environment and fresh perspective on the bonds between lending institutions and franchising, creates new connections within the industry. After graduating from Gordon College in Massachusetts, Wagner worked in portfolio management at various lending institutions along the East Coast, most recently serving as the vice president at a national baking organization.
Her longtime respect for the work C Squared does and the firm’s alignment with her own professional values of providing each client with individualized high-level guidance brings her to the team.
