Before his tenure at C Squared Advisors, Pat enjoyed a prominent career at The Wendy’s Company, where he spent over 12 years honing his skills in franchise management. As Director of Franchise Development, he was responsible for overseeing the disposition of 1,200 U.S. and Canadian company restaurants. His ability to reconcile the needs of the franchisor with those of numerous franchisees led to a highly successful refranchising strategy. This involved meticulous valuations, deal negotiations, and leadership alignment, showcasing his high degree of integrity and adeptness at synthesizing complex business objectives. Pat’s experience also includes his role as Director of Franchise Finance at Wendy’s, where he provided crucial financial consulting to franchisees and assessed the overall health of the franchise system. His work in managing financial programs, evaluating transactions, and developing financial assistance programs underscored his capacity for fostering strong, long-term relationships within the franchise community.
Pat holds an MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, with concentrations in Corporate Finance and Marketing Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Miami University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the State of Ohio.
