Jack Grespin

Financial Advisor

Jack is an experienced finance professional where he applies his deep expertise in transaction advisory services to guide multi-unit franchisees and investors through complex financial landscapes. With a proven track record in managing high-stakes M&A transactions, Jack brings a strategic acumen and a meticulous approach to financial modeling, essential for driving successful outcomes for C Squared Advisors’ clients.

Before joining C Squared Advisors, Jack served as a Transaction Advisory Manager at BDO, where he was pivotal in overseeing financial diligence for over 25 domestic and international deals, totaling more than $1 billion in consideration. In this role, Jack conducted Quality of Earnings (QOE) assessments, provided working capital consulting, and offered carve-out advisory services. His work spanned various industries, including distribution, retail, healthcare, and independent franchise concepts, highlighting his versatility and depth of experience in diverse business environments.

Jack’s career at BDO began as an Assurance Associate, where he built a solid foundation in financial auditing and consulting. He quickly advanced to a Senior Associate role, where he specialized in quality of earnings analysis, pro-forma modeling, and strategic consulting across sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, and restaurants.

At C Squared Advisors, Jack leverages his extensive background in transaction advisory to deliver customized solutions tailored to the unique needs of franchise clients. His ability to navigate intricate financial scenarios and provide actionable insights is a key asset in enhancing the firm’s advisory capabilities.

Jack holds a degree from Ohio State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. His dedication to excellence, combined with his extensive industry experience, makes him an invaluable member of the C Squared Advisors team.
