We’ve held leadership positions in both the Wendy’s and Dunkin’ Brands systems. Our team has vast experience in refranchising and understands the franchisor transaction approval process.

Lending experience
We’ve held various leadership roles in franchise finance regulated and unregulated lending institutions and were instrumental in introducing securitized financing to the restaurant franchise industry in the late 1990s, which enabled franchisees to accelerate growth. We have over 20 years of experience within the franchise lending industry placing various credit facilities ranging from multi institution syndications to multi tranche facilities including senior and junior capital to SBA solutions for smaller or start up operators.
